What is StudyFin?

StudyFin helps international students and expats in the Netherlands manage Dutch administrative and financial matters — including BSN registration, DigiD setup, health and rent allowances, and student finance — under one simple subscription.

Who can use StudyFin?

Our services are designed for EU, EEA, and UK citizens living or studying in the Netherlands. You’ll need to be enrolled at a Dutch institution or employed in the Netherlands to qualify for most benefits.

How much can I receive through Dutch benefits?

Most clients receive between €400 and €500 per month in rent and healthcare allowances, and up to €1,000–€1,400 per month in student finance (grants, loans, and travel product), depending on income and eligibility.

How much does the StudyFin subscription cost?

The standard subscription is €349.99/month (incl. VAT), covering all administrative and benefit support. If you also use our student finance services, an additional monthly fee of €115–€300 (incl. VAT) applies depending on the approved components.

 

How fast can I start?

Immediately. Once you sign and provide your details, we begin your registration process — most clients have their first benefits approved within 4–6 weeks.

Is StudyFin a government service?

No. StudyFin is an independent administrative consultancy, not part of DUO or Belastingdienst. We act as your advisor and intermediary, helping you complete official applications correctly and on time.

How are payments handled?

Payments are processed via SEPA direct debit (automatische incasso) each month. You’ll receive a digital invoice and payment confirmation automatically.

How long is the service period?

All subscriptions run for 12 months from the date of signing. Your plan includes full-year assistance — from setup to renewals and benefit monitoring.
